DT reader Oakland Jeff says: In the alley behind my house a neighbor parked his car in its spot on top of the ol' garage. Garage caved. It's been there for years. I cant tell what kind of car it is but it looks kind of sporty. Every time I see it I think of you guys, no offense.

No offense taken!

What is that! I want a vehicle with a Power/Economy lever. Bet it makes a satisfying clunk when it's switched too.

The Mitsubishi SuperShif t. Because there was an offset drive from the engine with an intermediate shaft, they made it like a 4wd transfer case on the input side. This is the opposite of how a typical overdrive or transfer case is mounted, i.e. on the output side.

Wait, was it on top of the garage and fell through, or in the garage and it collapsed on it? Either way, I can't help but wonder just how bad it all really is under that rubble.
